1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OddsBeam ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OddsBeam regarding your use of the Platform and any services offered through it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Platform.
The Platform is NOT available to users in restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to: South Korea, United States, and any other jurisdiction where prediction markets or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.
⚠️ Important: Korean residents are prohibited from using this Platform under Korean law.
3. Platform Description
OddsBeam is a decentralized prediction market platform built on the Polygon blockchain. Users can trade on the outcomes of future events using USDC.
The Platform operates through smart contracts deployed on the Polygon network. All transactions are recorded on-chain and are publicly verifiable.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Platform
- Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
- Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Risks
Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your funds. Please consider the following risks:
- Market volatility and price fluctuations
- Smart contract vulnerabilities or bugs
- Blockchain network congestion or failures
- Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency or prediction markets
- Loss of private keys or wallet access
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODDSBEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
